Jan-Willem Boezelman brings a practical, global perspective to supply chain management, with experience across Europe, Asia, and North America. He is currently the Group Integrated Supply Chain and Manufacturing Director at Paulig, a Nordic family-owned food and beverage company known for its coffee, spices, Tex Mex, world foods, and industrial products in the snacking industry, with a strong presence in both own brands and private labels. Paulig is the European market leader in Tex Mex, market leader in the Nordics and Benelux with the Santa Maria brand and in the rest of Europe with a strong private label business. Before joining Paulig, Jan-Willem worked with Sony and Nestlé, with long experience in IBP, demand and supply planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and shared services, making him a thoughtful contributor on strategic supply chain solutions
