With over two decades of experience in supply chain planning, Kalle has established himself as a visionary leader in FMCG, driving efficiencies and sustainable solutions. His expertise in leveraging cross functional collaboration, continuous improvement and digital tools and data analytics has been instrumental in optimising demand forecasting, inventory management, and responsive supply strategies, ensuring Henkel’s products reach consumers with precision and speed. Before joining Henkel, Kalle held several high-impact roles in supply chain optimisation and operations at Lactalis Leerdammer, Heineken and Beiersdorf. These diverse experiences have shaped Kalle’s holistic perspective on supply chain management, equipping him with a unique ability to bridge strategic goals with operational execution.
