Luisa Franzone is an experienced leader with a track record of delivery through a number of diversified technical and business targets. With her complementary experiences in Supply Chain, Research& Development (Product and Packaging) and Supply Management she is able to provide a broad perspective on the entire Innovation and Production process. Working in cross-functional roles for more than 25 years, Luisa has lead teams across the entire Product Supply value chain from idea generation to product implementation. She is open-minded with a passion for managing change, shaping new roles and developing talents. 3 years ago she decided to move from the FMCG industry to the Life Science sector to help shaping Bayer Consumer Health’s growth agenda, marrying her FMCG background with Bayer’s vision of shaping a world with “Health for all, Hunger for none”. During the pandemic she realized, once more, how important it is to work in a E2E seamless connected digitalized ecosystem to ensure that people all over the world, get the products they need to take care of their health – everyday
